AUTOMATIC TUBE CUTTING PREPARATION MACHINE (ATCP)
This machine has the capability of automatically preparing the tube for welding, including cutting the tube required and buffing/beveling the both tube end, etc.
- The total cycle time for an average tube length is 60 seconds from cutting to dropping into the completed rack
- The ATCP has a control panel that has touch screen properties. Any maintenance problems are quickly displayed on the touch screen.
